ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Techwiz 7 is open to all ACCP students. The students can opt for any one of the following contest categories depending on their course module:

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

Students can participate only in teams with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 members.
A student or team can participate in only one competition category.
All team members must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the selected category.
No external assistance is allowed beyond the support provided by the assigned faculty mentors.
The use of AI tools is permitted only where allowed by the category guidelines or SRS. Teams must meaningfully develop, verify, test, and appropriately disclose AI-assisted outputs. Submitting AI-generated work without meaningful student contribution, validation, or required attribution is prohibited. Any violation of the competition rules may result in immediate disqualification.
Projects must be submitted in the specified formats within the defined submission timeline.
Competition deadlines are strict and non-negotiable
Projects must adhere to the technical specifications (hardware and software) mentioned in the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
Teams must follow all instructions provided in the Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
The appointed jury’s decisions on project evaluation and scoring will be final.

PROJECT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All projects should be accompanied by appropriate documentation and video recording of working project in mp4 format. as mentioned in the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). Entirely AI-generated documentation will not be acceptable.

For Web Innovation Unleashed and End-to-End Web Solutions,
Host the website on a centre’s hosting server or use a free web-hosting platform or service. Share the website URL and source code file with your centre for submission and evaluation as per the instructions provided by Aptech Head Office (ensure that expiry link of the URL is beyond the evaluation time window).
For End-to-End Web Solutions,
share database schema, source code zip file, login credentials, and test data with your centre for submission and evaluation as per the instructions provided by Aptech Head Office.
For Multi-Platform App Computing,
Share the completed APK file along with login credentials and database schema with your centre for testing and evaluation as per the specified instructions.
For Smart IoT Revolution,
Share the zipped source code and required project files with your centre for testing and evaluation.
For Data Science Intelligence Arena,
Upload the required Google Colab/Jupyter Notebook to the specified submission medium. Share the project/application URL and required Provide an evaluator account, temporary test credentials, or access through a secure invitation wherever required. Passwords, API keys, and other secrets must not be included in the source code or notebooks. Desktop applications should also be shared in the specified executable format for testing.
For NextWave AI and ML,
Upload the required Google Colab/Jupyter Notebook to the specified submission medium. Provide an evaluator account, temporary test credentials, or access through a secure invitation wherever required. Passwords, API keys, and other secrets must not be included in the source code or notebooks. Desktop applications should also be shared in the specified executable format for testing.
For Unity Game Foundry,
Submit the completed game project and required files in the format specified for the category, along with the required build for testing and evaluation.
For Generative AI PowerPlay,
Submit the required Google Colab/Jupyter Notebook, application or project URL and required access details wherever applicable, as specified for evaluation. Provide an evaluator account, temporary test credentials, or access through a secure invitation wherever required. Passwords, API keys, and other secrets must not be included in the source code or notebooks. Desktop applications should also be shared in the specified executable format for testing.
For Ethical Cyber Horizons,
Submit the completed project, source files and required documentation/evidence in the format specified in the SRS for testing and evaluation.

For Digital Marketing Frontiers,
Submit the completed digital marketing project, campaign assets, required links and supporting documentation in the format specified in the SRS for evaluation.
